Browser Compatibility

  • Windows Users:  BAID-IMS works best with Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0 and FireFox 1.x.  Minor features may not work with Mozilla.  Netscape for all platforms is known to have difficulties.  
  • Macintosh Users:  BAID-IMS works best with Safari and FireFox.  The "Print to jpg" tool does not work with FireFox.
  • Turn off your pop-up blocker to view the Help documents and other features.
